Logan is the co-founder and a director of CRS Security Solutions and after establishing CRS as a global risk management consultancy in 2014 continues to build its reputation through its specialist personnel.
He has over 20 years of combined experience in the New Zealand Defence Force and the Private Security Industry. He previously served in the New Zealand Defence Force in New Zealand Special Air Service Regiment (NZSAS) and has first-hand exposure to security issues in many political climates around the world.
He is a highly experienced security professional with over ten years in the private security industry, where his most recent role was as Country Security Manager for Pilgrims Group Limited, where he developed and led the organisations business strategy in Iraq.
Logan has a considerable amount of knowledge and skills in the industry and has proven experience in many security settings that involves a wide range of security functions from the design and development of security plans to risk and continuity management plans.
Today Logan pursues specialist investor/operator strategy for CRS working with stakeholders globally to build a portfolio of leading edge security technology that responds to quality market offerings.

George Penjueli has over 18 years of combined experience in the New Zealand Defence Force, New Zealand Police, and the private security industry in the Middle East and South Asia. His public service includes membership in the New Zealand Diplomatic Protection service where he was involved in providing personal protection to members of the New Zealand Government Executive and foreign diplomats visiting New Zealand.
In the private security Industry George has proven, and extensive strategic and operational knowledge of many facets of security, and has been involved in the design, development and delivery of bespoke tactical responses to various clients in many countries, including hostile environments, and on many occasions.
George is highly experienced in the application of security methodology and systems. He is also current on many geopolitical factors and is an astute risk management consultant.
George also has formal tertiary qualifications in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom.

CRS Solutions has expanded and Brett Doolan is leading our private investigation team in Palmerston North and the Wellington Region He is a highly experienced Private Investigator and Security Consultant.
Brett has over 25 years experience as an Investigator and Security operative. Having spent 12 years in the New Zealand Police Brett was a highly respected Investigator who spent much of the later years of his career at the for front of most serious crime investigations in the central North Island, spending much of that time away from his home station assisting with all manner of serious crime incidents such as Homicides, Aggravated Robberies, Rapes and Arsons.
Brett was also a member of the Witness and Diplomatic Protection Squad providing personal protection to New Zealand Politicians, visiting Politicians, dignitaries visiting New Zealand and persons in the New Zealand witness protection programme. Since leaving the New Zealand Police Brett has used these skills to look after Professional sports teams and celebrities all over the world.
He has worked both in New Zealand and abroad as a Private Investigator and Security Consultant in High Risk areas of the World both on land and in the Maritime environment. He has worked extensively throughout the middle-east as a Mentor to foreign Police forces.
Brett was at the for front fraud investigations whilst working as an Investigator within the Ministry of Economic Development during the global economic crisis Investigating Financial and Corporate Crimes.
Brett’ also specialises in surveillance, tracing people, and conducting security reviews.
